10. Sri Lanka
The residents of Sri Lanka have their new eve on April 14 or 15 depending on the lunar moon. They named the day as Aluth Avurudda. Sri Lankans celebrate the eve traditionally with the preparation of their traditional dishes.
Cambodian New Year falls on 13 April. These days an official off in the Cambodia. They spend their time visiting holy spots and playing traditional days.
China devotes around 15 days from 21st Jan to 20th Feb on the name of their new year. They follow Lunar Calendar. The New start is known as Chun Jie. This time it will be celebrated on 5 February 2019.

India is the land of tradition. There are different strata of people celebrating different festivals. Same goes with the New days. The Gujratis and Marwaris have their new year in the mid of October or November. Its Diwali, marking the new beginning to their lives.
6. Islamic New Year
The Muslim population worldwide celebrates the new year as Hijri. This year it will be celebrated on 31st August 2019.
