2. FREYA MIKAELSON
Freya is the third LGBT character on the Originals. In Season 4, she developed feelings for Keelin, the werewolf of a rare bloodline whom she kept in captivity. When Keelin showed care and helped Freya, she just fell for her. While being torn between protecting her family from a variety of enemies and spending a love with Keelin. Ultimately, she would marry Keelin in Season 5. An interest fact is that Kol joked about Freya’s sexuality in Season 3 when he assumed that Freya wasn’t interested in him maybe because she liked ladies.
Also, many might have forgotten that Freya had an unborn child with Mathias. She tried running away with Mathias, but Dahlia caught her and killed her loved. She would then try to take her own life, but failed, but it instead killed her unborn children. And she didn’t want to have children with Keelin first, but Rebekah convinced her to start a family. Freya would ask Vincent to become the biological father of her child with Keelin, but he denied the request at first. He would later come around after witnessing the sacrifice of Klaus Mikaelson. Freya and Keelin would name their boy ‘Klaus’ after her brother Klaus Mikaelson.
1. KEELIN
The last remaining member of the Malraux Werewolf Bloodline, Keelin, who was on a run ever since her family died. She was sought by Hayley who offered her protection in exchange for blood. She would strike a deal with Freya which involved they both using their skills together to destroy Marcel while curing the condition of Keelin. After developing a romantic relationship with Freya, she became an ally of the Mikaelsons, she would support Freya in everything. She would stay only for Freya in the New Orleans.
However, after the siblings absorbed the piece of Hollow and were separated, Freya stayed back to reunite her siblings whereas Keelin left the city to help others through her medical expertise. She asked Freya to come with her, but she couldn’t. The couple would break up eventually. Keelin would return to New Orleans to comfort Freya after the death of Hayley. Freya confessed that she couldn’t live without Keelin and asked her to marry her. The two would get married and started a family together with the help of Vincent.
