3. THE KILLERS
All the members of TFW have died and returned back to life. They all have visited the alternate universe where apocalypse happened. They all have killed an angel too. While Castiel has slaughtered numerous angels, Dean killed the annoying angel Zachariah, Sam killed Miriam, and Jack killed an angel when they tried abducting Kaia. Apart from angels, they have also been responsible for killing a Prince of Hell. Dean killed Azazel using a colt, Sam killed Ramiel using the lance of Michael, Castiel killed Dagon while channeling the power of Jack who was inside the womb of Kelly.
2. ARCHANGEL POSSESSION
The original members of the team have also been possessed by an archangel. Sam consented to Lucifer in Season 5 believing he could control him and jump into the cage. Castiel consented believing Lucifer will aid them in the fight against the darkness, and Dean consented to Alternate Michael to defeat and kill Lucifer in Season 14. But despite being overtaken and overpowered by the archangel in the possession, the members managed to grab a hold of themselves. Sam took control from Lucifer and jumped into the cage, Castiel momentarily took the control back and stopped Lucifer from killing Sam. Alternate Michael betrayed Dean and took over his body, but Dean’s willpower made him regain the control.
1. INTERESTING FACTS
Interestingly, the original member of Team Free Will have traveled through time and has visited Purgatory. They all have operated the Colt too. They all have met God and Darkness. The members of the Team Free Will have killed a major villain too. While Dean is responsible for the most number of deaths of the antagonists such as the knight of hell Abaddon, the devil Lucifer, the yellow eyed Azazel, and the leviathan Roman. Sam killed the white eyed demon Lilith and Cas killed the archangel Raphael by channeling the power of the souls. Even though Jack didn’t kill God, but he made him a mortal being and banished him on the earth.
Team Free Will has managed to defeat all sorts of villains, ranging from vampires, demons, angels to death, darkness, and God. In the end, Jack Kline became the new God and made several necessary changes. He resurrected Cas to aid him. While Sam and Dean are reunited in heaven.
