As you are well aware that the show Lucifer is based on the comic book character of the same name who originally appeared in the DC’s Vertigo comics. In the DC Universe, Lucifer is the second most powerful character, the most powerful character is the Presence who is the God of DC Universe. However, the show took the liberty of making several changes in their TV adaptation. One significant change is that Lucifer has blond hair in the comics whereas Tom Ellis has black colored hair on the show. There was also a reference to this in the episode #TeamLucifer where a Satanist says that devil’s hair color is supposed to be blonde, to which Lucifer responds saying that ‘he gets that all the time’.

2. APPEARANCE IN ARROWVERSE

NETFLIX

Lucifer is a DC character and he has made his appearance in the Arrowverse during the ‘Crisis on Infinite Earths’ storyline’ on Flash Episode 6 titled “Crisis on Infinite Earths: Part Three”. Lucifer lives on Earth-666. The number 666 is a nod to the number of the beast, mostly associated with the Devil. Lucifer Morningstar is also aware about the existence of Multiverse as he is familiar with John Constantine who came from a different universe. He once made a deal with John to get Maze on earth. He is also in possession of the Purgatory Card which allows a human to retrieve a soul from the realm of Purgatory.

Now since the show has ended, it would be interesting to see if DC ever plans to bring Lucifer back in the DC verse by making him appear on Flash or any other shows. There have been talks of a Lucifer movie too. As a fan, we do hope it’s in the cards. There’s so much potential with this character and none better than Tom Ellis to portray it on the big screen. Would you be interested in seeing a Lucifer movie?

1. HE LIKES MEN TOO

Lucifer has shown interest in both the genders. Numerous times this fact has been been made evident. In the episode ‘Chloe Does Lucifer’, he tells Linda that Oscar Wilde ‘was a straight man’ when he first met him. In the episode ‘Stewardess Interrupts’, the people he slept with were killed, the victims include Raj and Jana. Lucifer even defends his fling with Raj by telling Chloe that it’s 21st Century.
