Swan Song as the name suggests was meant to be the series finale as Eric Kripke originally visioned SPN to be only five seasons long. 5. THE PAIN IS REAL
The scene where Lucifer beats up Dean to the extent that Dean’s face is virtually unrecognizable. Jensen Ackles reveals that he got pretty emotional while filming the scene, there were real tears rolling down his eyes which started dissolving the glue used to paste the artificial swollen eye. Due to the glue dissolving, it started burning his real eye, but he kept filming despite the agony.
