6. THE CAROLINE TREATMENT
When Damon arrived in the Mystic Falls, he was the villain, and he didn’t hesitate from doing all sorts of villainous things. But even that doesn’t excuse from some of the things that he did. Damon compelled Caroline against her consent and then used her in the worst ways. He fed on her, used her physically, and treated her like an object. Hard to imagine that a guy looks as charming and handsome like him could be possible of such monstrous acts. Even after this entire ordeal, he didn’t make up to Caroline, he was mean to her and never accepted her to be a part of the gang.

5. THE RIPPER
When he got his vampire urges and impulses under control, he could be a pretty decent vampire. But when he transforms into a Ripper, he could be worse than any vampire in the TVD Universe. He loses all kinds of reason, conscience, and acts hostile towards everyone. As a Ripper, he just lets himself go and doesn’t try to hold on to any bit of humanity. Stefan is infamously known as the Ripper of Monterey as he managed to wipe out an entire village full of immigrants. After Ripping out his victims, he would try placing them back to deal with his guilt.
4. KILLING INNOCENTS
Damon doesn’t deal very well with the rejection. Every time he is rejected, he ends up doing something crazy and leaves collateral damage in his way. So after Damon rekindled his friendship with Enzo, he was rejected by Elena, and decided the best way to deal with it is by killing Aaron Whitmore. Aaron had nothing to do with the actions of his other family members, the poor innocent got what he didn’t deserve. Damon believed that all the Whitmores deserved the punished. Aaron wasn’t the only innocent who died at the hands of Damon, Lexi Branson is another innocent vampire who died as a part of Damon’s plan.
