3. HAYLEY MARSHALL
We can say that she raised Hope all alone as Klaus was almost away protecting Hope and his family. Hayley raised her child very well and made her quite strong to survive in the world all alone and protect those she loves. Hayley also died protecting Hope and found peace in it. She is very protective of her loved ones and can be tough as nails. Hayley decided that she will never let anything hurt her child. She always cared about Hope’s survival more than her own.
2. KLAUS MIKAELSON
At first he wasn’t sure or happy about having a child, but slowly it changed and he started worrying about her safety. He loves Hope more than anything in the world. He fought all his enemies to protect Hope and even sent Hope to Rebekah to protect her from all kinds of danger. Hope is also never afraid of Klaus as she understand what Klaus truly is..inside. Klaus may have done bad things throughout the show but he was surely a dotting father who loved Hope more than anything and always protected her. He even decided to die to protect his child from dark magic which is a big sacrifice.

1. LIZ FORBES
Liz always had her hands full while maintaining the law and order in the town and yet she always cared for Caroline and others and protected them. When she realized not all vampires are bad, she leaned towards Damon to make Mystic Falls a better place for everyone and took great care of Caroline. Her death was one of the saddest moments in the show.
