DAVINA’S IGNORANCE?
In the Season 3 Episode ‘The Heart Shaped Box’, Davins conjures the spirit of Kol Mikaelson who knows the secret of the unlinking spell. Davina asks for the secret ingredient, but Kol refuses to answer saying that it’s not safe and she should not associate herself with the Strix & Sisters. Davina while trying to figure out the key ingredient, mentions that Esther cast the spell, they died with the ‘Vampire Blood’ in their system, they came back, fed, and became the vampires. So the ingredient has to be blood which could be the loophole of the spell. But Davina made one grave mistake here, the Originals were the first vampires, it’s the other normal Vampires who must have blood in their system, pass away, awaken and consume to become Vampires. However, Davina isn’t technically wrong here as the Originals also consumed the blood of Tatia (Petrova Doppelganger) which is one of the key ingredients of the Originals Immortality Spell.

THE BURNED PHOTOGRAPHS
Season 5 is the last season of the show. Due to descending ratings and a lack of Original storylines, Julie Plec and the team made the decision to conclude Originals with Season 5. At the time, Julie began working on Legacies which would be introduced through a backdoor pilot in Originals. However, Season 5 has a couple of similar mistakes in its last episodes. In the episode ‘The Tale of Two Wolves’, Klaus and Elijah take Hope to Mystic Falls where Klaus seeks the help of Caroline’s daughters in siphoning the dark Hollow spirit out of Hope and placing it inside him. In the episode, we see that Salvatore Boarding House has been turned into the Supernatural School which houses memorabilia and a library on Supernatural knowledge and beings. We see a picture of Katherine Piece that is housed in a cabinet, but it doesn’t make as the picture was burned in Season 2 of Vampire Diaries by Bonnie Bennett.
Similarly, in the final Originals episode ‘When The Saints Go Marching In’, Hope Mikaelson can be seen holding a framed picture of her family. However, this picture was burned in the Season 2 episode ‘The Map of Moments’ in order to keep Hope safe from the enemies. So it doesn’t make sense how the photographs that were burned continued to exist when there were no other copies of them? What’s your explanation for it?
