Welcome back to Humor Nation. Founder’s Day is the name of the final episode of TVD Season 1. The episode marks the beginning of a new chapter, with so many new twists and turns. The episode starts with almost everyone in the Mystic Falls busy with the preparations for the celebration of the Founder’s day. Mrs Lockwood is the one who is in charge of supervising the preparations, managing the marching band. At the beginning of the episode we see Elena dressed up as a southern belle and this captivates the interest of Stefan and Damon Salvatore because she strongly resembles Katherine, her doppelgnager. Both of them had to take a second look to be sure that it is indeed Elena.
Anna and Jeremy meet and Anna gives Jeremy a vial of her blood, telling him that she will be leaving town soon and wants him to come with her. Anna explains Jeremy about the vampire transformation and how the vampires can turn off their emotions.
John conspires with Mayor Lockwood with a plan to eliminate the vampires. He explains him the Gilbert device and how it could affect the vampires. He says that he got a tip about the vampire attack. The episode ends with the debut of Katherine on the show. Katherine is invited inside the Gilbert House and she ends up disposing of John Gilbert. So what do you think about the Founder’s Day?
