Welcome to Humor Nation. Supernatural is all set to return to this October for the final season. It’ll be a bittersweet ending for the fans while the fans are excited for one more season of Supernatural, but it’s heartbreaking since it will be the final season. The fans’ opinions are mixed while some feel it’s the right time to end the series, some think Supernatural could probably go on for a few seasons more. This season will see the Winchesters going up against God. We will also see a certain villain make its return to the show.
Emily Swallow who played the Villain ‘Amara’ AKA ‘The Darkness’ in 11th season will make her return in season 15.
She revealed that she was in Vancouver shooting scenes for the show. Swallow appeared alongside Rob Benedict, Emily said that it’s time for Amara to step in and set his brother Chuck AKA God straight.
She first appeared in the 11th season where it was revealed that Darkness is a primordial entity which was trapped and sealed away by Chuck aka God. And She was released when Rowena removed the mark off Dean’s arm. The darkness felt betrayed and returned to take her revenge. Darkness took a human form known as ‘Amara’ which also became a romantic interest for Dean Winchester.
She hasn’t appeared on the show since season 11 finale so her return to Supernatural is certainly a surprise. It is unknown at the moment how many episode Amara will be appearing in. Details about her return are kept secret. Supernatural will return on CW on October 10 at 8 PM. The show stars Misha Collins, Jared Padalecki, and Jensen Ackles.
