Welcome back to Humor Nation. The Vampire Diaries Universe has featured plenty of groups and factions. While some of these groups acted as antagonists whereas some proved to be allies to the main characters of the show. We have ranked the seven different groups from TVD Universe (Vampire Diaries, Originals, and Legacies) based on their power and strength.

7. SALVATORE SCHOOL GROUP
Legacies is the second spin-off of the Vampire Diaries and it revolves around the young and the gifted supernatural children. The main characters on the show are students at the Salvatore School and they join forces in order to fight off a threat. This core members of this group are Hope Mikaelson, Landon, Kaleb, MG, Ryan, Dorian, Rafael, Josie, Lizzie, Alaric, and numerous others. The group has also been referred to as Super Squad and Avengers Squad on a few occasions.
6. MYSTIC FALLS GANG
The Mystic Falls Gang is the name given to the group of the main characters of the Vampire Diaries. The residents of the Mystic Falls comprising of the vampires, witches, werewolves, and normal humans have come together time and time again. Even though the dynamics and alignment of this group has changed numerous times due to their loyalties. But the members have joined forces anytime there’s a common threat that has endangered their existence. Some notable members of this gang are Damon Salvatore, Elena Gilbert, Alaric Saltzman, Stefan Salvatore, Bonnie Bennett, Enzo, Caroline Forbes, Jeremy Gilbert, Matt Donovan, and numerous others.
5. CRESCENT WOLF PACK
This is the group of the evolved werewolves who resided at the Bayou. The Crescent Werewolf group consisted of the royal bloodlines of the Labonair & Kenner, along with members of several other bloodlines. The werewolves ruled to rule the New Orleans before they had an inner conflict resulting in severe casualties. Marcel placed a curse on the wolves in order to save themselves from each other. The Crescent Curse allowed them to return to their human form only on the full moon. Hayley managed to lift up the curse and returned the freedom to the wolves. Hayley married Jackson in order to make the clan powerful and unite them together. And Hayley being a hybrid, when got married to the Alpha Werewolf Jackson and underwent the ‘Unification Ritual’ granted powers and abilities to the wolves of their clan. The wolves got the strength, quickness, and the ability to control their transformation.
4. THE TRAVELERS
A millennium old group of witches who has been passing down their knowledge to the ascending generations. Even Qestiyah & Silas, the very first witches in the TVD Universe were part of this group. There are some special people who attain the membership of this group when they are born with the magic potential. Katherine Pierce was a traveler, and even after one becomes a vampire, they retain the membership. They are responsible for the Magic Purification Spell which purged all other kind of magic except the magic of the Travelers. This spell became active in the Mystic Falls which turned the town into a magic free zone. This meant that any supernatural being who steps in the Mystic Falls would be eradicated of its magic, thus curing them.
