Welcome back to Humor Nation. Lucifer Season 6 introduced several new characters to the viewers. One of such characters is Carol Corbett, a friend of Dan who takes up Dan’s position in LAPD after his tragic passing. He was mentioned in Season 5 by Dan who tries setting up Ella with him which she turns down. Dan speaks highly of him. He worked with Carol for several years while they were together after becoming friends in the academy. But in order to take care of his sick mother, Carol had to go, but now he’s back. Ella who just got out of a traumatic experience with Pete Daily is uncomfortable with the idea of dating. Dan would leave Ella with the phone number of Carol to call and hangout, but she doesn’t. Carol and Ella would finally cross paths at the funeral of Dan where they both share memories of Dan and how he always took care of them.

At first Ella avoids any thought of romantic relationship, but she finds herself drawn to Carol due to both sharing similar interests such as Martial arts & Kung Fu movies. But Ella is skeptical of Carol, suspects that he is faking it in order to get closer to her. She takes the help of Chloe and they both secretly investigate Carol’s files and even break into his house. Ultimately, she accepts him and also reveals the truth of breaking into his house which he forgives.
Another new biblical character that made his way finally on the show is Adam. Adam was the first man created alongside Lilith in Eden. However, after Lilith was condemned, Eve was created using the ribs of Adam. Even though their marriage lasted for a millennium, Adam could never get over Lilith. While Eve changed herself and tried her best to please Adam. Adam and Eve gave birth to Cain and Abel and thus from their bloodline, the humans populated the earth.
Eve would ultimately leave Adam in the heaven and arrive on earth where she would find her true love in the form of Maze. Adam would also find his way on the earth in the episode ‘My Best Friend’s Wedding’ where Eve and Maze are all set to be married. But he tries ruining their marriage and wants Eve back. Dr. Linda would help Adam in gaining insight into his narcissistic and self-absorbed behavior.
