Lucifer would bring her back to earth using the Lilith’s ring of immorality, and sends her back to earth. Chloe who holds the Amenadiel’s necklace AKA Key to the Flaming Sword gains the superhuman strength and easily overpowers Michael. She was about to kill him, but Lucifer intervenes, and spares Michael, banishing him to hell.

After winning the war, Lucifer would spend his next few months on earth enjoying with Chloe. During one time, they made love while Chloe was holding the key which made her somewhat celestial and this allowed them both to conceive. The show creators revealed that Lucifer Morningstar self-actualized that he wanted to have a child with Chloe Decker which allowed him to conceive Aurora.
Aurora AKA Rory grew up without a father while Chloe was always by her side, loving and supporting her. But when Rory asked her about her father, where is he? She didn’t give her any answer. Except Lucifer, everyone else stayed by her side. Maze taught her how to fight and torture. She would grew alongside his cousin Charlie who is an half-angel. Rory experienced a hard time when learning how to fly. As she grew older, she was given the Corvette of Lucifer which she loved and drove like crazy.
When Chloe was dying due to her old age and Lucifer still didn’t show up, Rory was enraged and all her anger caused her to subconsciously tap into her power of time traveling. She arrived in the year 2021 where Lucifer is still around. She would confront Lucifer asking why he left her, but Lucifer was clueless as he would never abandon his child. Lucifer would ultimately realize that it’s true calling is to help the people in hell. At this moment, Chloe, Lucifer, and Rory realize the reason why Lucifer went missing. Aurora would force her father to make her promise that he wouldn’t change a thing. Rory would return back to her time and thanked her mother for everything she did for her.
