After his 2016 album passion pain and demon’s land, he told his fans through Facebook that he was facing depression. He said that he is not able to achieve inner peace. Cudi also said that he had given so much of himself to other, that he had no care for himself. This was shown when he went for rehab, after his album. All his promotions and record label were handled by his manager.

2. J.K. Rowling

The author of super-duper best-selling fiction novels – Harry Potter, J.K. Rowling had her own struggles with depression in her younger age. When she was 20, and was into writing her first Harry Potter book, she was facing suicidal tendencies. No, one can imagine the person whom everybody admire so much, could ever be in such wrath. But, yes she was able to overcome it.

3. Emma Stone

Emma is a popular actress with so many accolades like academy award and golden globe award. It was not easy, as she battles with severe anxiety in her life at younger ages. In 2015, in an interview with the wall street journal, she said that when she was a school going kid, she had an anxiety attack. She thought that the whole house is burning at her friends party. Her parents took her to therapist but, nothing worked. Later, she joined theatre which served as real cure.

4. James Franco

James has been suffering for years, from his addictive personality. This addiction is just like the one explained in the movie like Pineapple Express interview that cracks us up. In an interview later in August, James admitted that in his teenage he had to recover from certain addictions that he didn’t specify. This was the same addiction that drove his career since his debut at the age of 17. He recognized this years after, that he was depressed and lonely.

5. Matthew ‘Matty’ Healy

Matty started his career with the British music band The 1975, when he was very young, when he secured a place in a band because he used to jam with some people in his school. They became famous and his mental instability which he spoke about. He spoke many times in public about his mental disorder and depression. Most of his songs also contain this. This was resulted from excessive drug use.


6. Bella Thorne

The young renowned actress from Disney channel sitcom ‘Shake It Up’. She had never found shame in sharing her struggles with her fans. Bella finally made public her battle with depression and dyslexia being a role model for many young people who watched her in shake it up. Bella’s announcements of her mental illness gave a renewed hope for her fans.

7. Prince Harry

Prince Harry of Wales, member of British royal family experienced hard times following his mother’s passing in 1997. he was only 12 and public focus on his mother’s demise was traumatizing. She faced some of mental problems later in his teens. Last three years had been peaceful for him. he had become god father and is ready to start a family. he is 22 now and is engaged to Meghan Markle.

Dwayne or rock as he is famously called started off his athletic career in football. More than 20 years ago, when she came to know about her sexual orientation, she endured a period of bullying, and abuse inside Hollywood. That time, this announcement was even not accepted in the industry. But, someone like Ellen is meant to be a light for other people. She fought for herself and came out to be an inspiration.

Kendrick’s music is famous everywhere. He is very renowned artist who have achieved so much in life. In his early life, he had gone through mental struggles. His upbringing was not that smooth. He was attacked by many absurdities of life in his early years. Kendrick also had described some of his inner thought through his music albums. He also had suicidal thoughts. But he overcame all his adversities and is living a happy life and teaching other the lesson that life is beautiful.
