While Mey-Rin wears those big and unattractive glasses that might give the impression that her eyesight is weak and she requires the glasses to correct h er vision. But in reality, she has an exceptional eyesight which allows her to accurately shoot any target from even at the farthest distances. Whenever there is a demanding situation, she pauses her clumsy bumbling persona, and wields an array of rifles without needing a scope and neutralizes any target that stands against Ciel Phantomhive.
After being hired as a maid at the Phantomhive Manor, she showcases her unwavering loyalty to Sebastian. Despite being an expert sniper, she dawns the persona of a cheerful clumsy maid who enjoys her work and tries to fulfill the duties & tasks assigned to her. Although, for the major part, she ends up causing a hilarious mishap even while doing a simple task. She considers Ciel, Sebastian, and her fellow Staff members as one family.
In the Circus Arc, we again witness the fine marksmanship of Mey-Rin when the Noah-Ark Circus group arrives with evil intentions. But soon the members find themselves being shot by an unseen sniper. It seems like there are numerous snipers because the shots were coming from different locations, but it turned out that Mey-Rin along was taking them all out. She tells them that as a Phantomhive servant it’s her duty to take out the dirt from the Phantomhive Mansion.
