Donald Joseph Qualls made his Supernatural debut in Supernatural Season 7 as Garth Fitzgerald IV. The actor was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 14, but he fought back and was in remission. He did his High Schooling at Coffee County Central in 1995 and then would go on to do further studies. Qualls graduated from King’s College London in the subject of English Literature. The actor then enrolled in the University of London to study the course of Law, but he found out that he is not passionate about the subject so he dropped out. He realized his passion is acting so he returned back to Tennessee and got enrolled himself in the Belmont University located in Nashville. DJ also started working in the local theater productions at the same time.

Genevieve Cortese who appeared as Ruby in Season 4 of Supernatural where she met Jared Padalecki. The duo quickly fell in love and married in 2010. The actress was born in San Francisco, but moved to Sun Valley, Idaho. Genevieve has a BA degree in English. She attended the Tisch School of the Arts, NY University where she graduated with a BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) degree in drama. After learning the small details of acting, she worked in regional theater productions where she performed in popular works such as ‘One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Next’, ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ before starting her TV & movie career.
