4. WHAT IF ADAM JOINED THE BOYS?
Adam Milligan is the half-brother of the Winchesters and the son of John & Kate. John kept the existence of Adam secret from Sam & Dean. Unlike the boys, Adam was raised in a normal life, far away from the hunting life and had no knowledge about the Supernatural. John even spent time with Adam whenever he could. Interestingly, Adam was also not aware of the existence of the Winchesters. Adam and his mom Kate meet a tragic fate at the hands of the Children of the Ghoul who was eliminated by John in 1990. The ghoul took on the form of Adam to trick the boys. In Season 5, the angels select him with the task of housing the archangel Michael. Adam’s story is mostly tragic, lost and forgotten. But imagine what if John raised Adam along with the boys, what if Adam was aware about the existence of the Supernatural and had become a hunter.
3. WHAT IF SUPERNATURAL ENDED EARLIER?
Some fans still wish that Supernatural should have ended after Season 5 because it was the perfect conclusion to the epic saga. Eric Kripke completed his vision with ‘Swan Song’. Fortunately it didn’t happen because had it happened then we wouldn’t have such a wide global fandom and an extensive lore that we have now. Even Eric Kripke never thought that the show would last for five seasons. As they kept progressing, they kept devising plot and storylines on the fly. If SPN ended with Season 5 then we wouldn’t have the Knights of Hell, Chuck, Darkness, Leviathans, Men of Letters, Jack, Alternate Universe, and lot more stuff.
2. WHAT IF CERTAIN CHARACTERS WERE ALIVE?
Let’s be honest, everyone of us wishes that some SPN characters were still alive. It would have definitely made the storylines more compelling and interesting.
- What if Jo and Ellen were alive? They would definitely keep making appearances every now and then, and would participate with the boys to fight the big baddies.
- Crowley’s presence made the show more entertaining, his hilarious nicks and one-liners easily steals every scene. Crowley would have made the final few seasons more fun.
- Having Bobby around could easily assist the boys in numerous hunts and cases. With him, TFW would have been perfect.
- The other supporting characters such as Bella, Benny, Charlie, Meg, Gabriel, and lot others also deserved a better fate.
1. WHAT IF JOHN MET HIS DEMISE IN THE PILOT EPISODE?
What if it was John Winchester who met his demise instead of Mary on 2 November 1983! What would have happened to the boys? Do you think Mary Winchester would decide to seek revenge against the yellow-eyed and raise her sons in the hunter’s life or would she choose to simply walk away? Mary was determined to never raise her children as hunters, but the loss of her love John would have definitely affected her, and forced her to reconsider her decision.
