If your answer is Lucifer then you’re quite wrong. The most powerful character is the God. Although we didn’t see any glimpse of him until the Season 5 Part A finale where he showed up to stop his angel kids from going nuclear with their celestial powers. Throughout the five seasons, we see him playing an important role in the story-lines from behind the screen. It was him who placed Chloe in the path of Lucifer. It would be interesting to see why God decided to show now, what role would he play in the story-lines, what’s his endgame?
The second most powerful character in the Lucifer Universe is Goddess. She was imprisoned in the hell because she tried destroying the humanity. She escaped the hell in Season 1 finale, Lucifer was tasked with the responsibility of taking care of the escaped prisoner i.e. Goddess. She was trapped in the body of Charlotte Richards, but slowly her omnipotent powers started increasing, her human form started failing to contain her powers. Season 2 finale saw Lucifer creating a rift in the universe and sending her mum to the Void, telling her to create a new universe. It would be interesting if her character ever makes a return in Season 5 Part 2 or Season 6.
