Welcome back to Humor Nation. The show Lucifer is about the devil who takes a hiatus from his responsibilities of running hell and comes to earth. He soon starts running a popular club and grants favors to the needy. Things soon change when he crosses path with Chloe Decker, an LAPD detective. Lucifer ends up becoming a criminal consultant for the LAPD and helps Chloe Decker in solving cases. The show revolves around demons, angels, and humans alike. As these angels and demons live among the humans, they try to blend in, try to form relationships, and find love. The show Lucifer is a procedural drama with plenty of supernatural elements. It has comedy, drama, mystery, and of course romance. The theme of love has played an important role in the series.
Sometimes it’s hard to create romances between two characters who genuinely care about each other and Lucifer does not have the best track record when it comes to that. The relationship between Charlotte Richards and Dan Espinosa lacked chemistry. It was also weird to involve Dan in a relationship with the same body which housed two different personalities. Also sometimes marriages between two people who once loved each other may not work. When the show first began, we saw Chloe and Dan were just separated and it didn’t serve any real purpose. The time the show spent on the separation of Chloe and Dan could have spent on far better things.
The worst relationship was between Chloe and Pierce. It is hard to imagine literally anyone being a fan of the relationship between these two! There was no believable chemistry between Lauren German and Tom Welling in any of their onscreen scenes.
