They have a hilarious chemistry together and every scene they shared together is a delight for the fans. They both meet each other in the pilot episode of the Teen Wolf when Stiles and Scott come Derek in the woods. Derek tells them both to get lost because they are trespassing a private property.

One of their hilarious moments comes from Season 2 when Derek becomes paralyzed due to a Kanima, Stiles tries his best to help Derek, but in doing so, he ends up dropping Derek in the pool. He has to hold on to Derek in the swimming pool until help arrives. In the episode 9 of Season 1, Derek is on a run from the authorities because he is a fugitive. In order to protect himself Derek arrives at the Stiles house as hiding at the Sheriff’s own house would be a smart decision. He pins Stiles against the wall and tells him to keep quiet. Stiles doesn’t buy into his threats and says that he will help and provide Shelter to Derek, but Derek would have to play by his rules.
In the very same episode, Stiles tells Derek to change his clothing as his shirt has been covered with the blood. Derek having a muscular body cannot find any clothing that would fit his size. He ends up wearing an orange and blue t-shirt of Stiles which looks hilarious. When both Stiles and Derek end up getting paralyzed by a villain, they lay helpless on the floor. There’s a moment where Stiles accidentally falls on top of Derek. This frustrates Derek who asks the villain to make Stiles get off his body.
