Nature doesn’t allow immortality and magic potential to practice witchcraft, but Hope is a miracle who was created by Nature as a weapon against Malivore. Only when she is an active Tribrid, with all her potential and powers, she can destroy Malivore. So at point, she’ll die and wake up in transition. Ultimately, she’ll become a witch-werewolf-vampire, when she does, her full potential will be unlocked. Klaus being able to procreate was Nature’s loophole, intentionally allowing Hope to come into existence for a grand purpose of defeating the Malivore. Secondly, the loophole that allowed Klaus to procreate has been closed by the witch named Jane-Anne Deveraux. The Originals’ writer Carina MacKenzie suggested the same through a name which states that Jane-Anne closed the loophole, however the line was cut and never made its way into the episode.
