One of the best moments from Season 2 saw Jughead being granted the membership after he went through the initiation ceremony. As the final step of the initiation, he got beaten up the group of Serpents and he had to take it all. Another amazing moment that happened in the fifth episode of Season 2 was Nick St. Clair got beaten by the Pussy Cats after he tried making a move on the unconscious Cheryl. The girls really taught the spoiled rich kid a lesson that he would remember his entire life.
The tragic death of Jason Blossom shocked the entire town, but it was the most heartbreaking for Cheryl, his twin sister. After finding out that it was none other than his dad who killed Jason, she was left devastated. She tries committing suicide by falling into the frozen surface. Archie and gang rush to save their friend, Archie punches the solid ice with all his strength to break it to save Cheryl. Arching saving Cheryl in Episode 13 showed his true character and bravery. Season 3 which featured the Gryphons and Gargoyles also introduced us to the midnight club. The different parents of the main characters were shown in the flashback when they were students in the high school. It was refreshing for the actors to play the parents of their characters.
