Season 8, Episode 17, titled ‘Goodbye Stranger,’ depicts Sam and Dean hunting down the angel tablet while Castiel is being controlled by Naomi. Crowley has released demons in a town to locate the crypt of Lucifer. Meg is in Crowley’s captivity and is being tortured by him to find the whereabouts of the crypt. There’s a scene where the character of Dean Winchester was supposed to say ‘I Love You’ to Castiel according to the writer Robbie Thompson, but Jensen modified the line to ‘We are family. We need you. I need you’ to Castiel. These lines help Castiel in breaking free of the control of Naomi.]
2. GIVE ME SOME CLIPPERS
Season 8, Episode 20, titled ‘Pac-Man Fever,’ sees Sam suffering the effects of trials on him. Dean forces Sam to sit back and let his body rest while he joins Charlie in dealing with a case at hand. There is a scene in the bunker where Sam enters looking sleepy, and Dean then utters the line ‘Man, I’m telling you, give me five minutes with some clippers,’ which is a reference to Sam’s hair. Then there’s another scene in the hospital where Dean enters the morgue while Charlie and Sam are waiting for him. When Sam asks what took him so long, Dean responds, saying ‘I stopped for gas.’ Both of these lines are improvised by Jensen Ackles in this episode.

1. FINAL GOODBYE
“Carry On” is the final episode of the Supernatural series. After fifteen years of hunting monsters and saving people, the show reaches its epic conclusion. After having defeated Chuck and saved the world again, the Winchesters are back to their routine hunting. They investigate a case of missing children behind which there is a group of vampires. Sam and Dean manage to dispose of them all, but Dean gets impaled on a spike by a vampire. In his final moments, Dean asks Sam to stay close to him, and they share a touching final moment before Dean passes away. In this emotionally heartbreaking scene, much of the dialogues were ad-libbed by Jared and Jensen, such as Dean telling Sam to ‘Always Keep Fighting’ and when Sam tells him ‘I can’t do this alone,’ Dean responds saying ‘Yes, you can,’ to which Sam says ‘Well, I don’t want to.’
