6. JOHN WINCHESTER – SEASON 14 EPISODE 13 “LEBANON”
John Winchester has only a few appearances in the Supernatural, but his character is very significant to the story of the show. Eventually Jeffrey Dean Morgan returned for the special 300th episode of the show. This episode is special because it provided a closure to not only the boys, but also for John who made peace with the boys and apologized for his mistakes.
5. BOBBY SINGER – SEASON 7 EPISODE 10 “DEATH’S DOOR”
This is the Season 7 mid-season finale episode. It’s not only one of the best SPN episodes of all time, but also one of the very emotional episodes in the history of show. There’s hardly someone who can make it through the episode without a tear in their eyes. Bobby’s has been hit in the head by Roman and he is gravely injured. He is taken to the hospital where he goes into a coma. The episode takes us on an emotional journey as Bobby confronts his demons. Bobby must make peace with the stuff that he has buried deep down. The episode features several family members of Bobby’s life and the people who are significant to him. Eventually Bobby comes back to consciousness for a brief moment and calls the boys ‘IDJITS’ before passing away.

4. DEAN WINCHESTER – SEASON 9 EPISODE 5 “DOG DEAN AFTERNOON”
Sam and Dean are investigating a case where they learn that the only eyewitness to a heinous crime is a dog. In order to find out what Supernatural creature is the culprit, the boys work out a spell which allows Dean to communicate with the animals. The entire episode is memorable because of Dean’s hilarious interactions with the animals. Due to the spell, Dean starts to behave like a dog, barking and playing around. Dean and Colonel (German Sheppard) taking out their heads from the window is also one of the memorable moments. He even argues with a pigeon which is one of the funniest moments on the show.
